Add the Jira Ticket to a Sprint, the Ticket is then Approved and Synced Automatically to NetSuite

First add the Jira ticket to a Sprint

To add the Jira ticket to a Sprint, in Jira, you can either:

  1. Click on Admin.
  2. Choose Add Field.
  3. Under name type Sprint.
  4. Click Edit Field.
  5. Select the Sprint.


  1. Click on Backlog.

  1. Select the Jira ticket from Issues.
  2. Move the ticket to a Sprint.
  3. Click Confirm.

Next, set the ticket status in Jira, go into NetSuite and hit the Respider Now button 

To set the ticket status in Jira:

  1. Click on In Progress.


Under the Change Request it should now say In Progress.


  1. Click on the Link Go to Record.
  2. Select the Respider Now button.

After the respider is finished, the status will be set to Approved.
