First add the Jira ticket to a Sprint
To add the Jira ticket to a Sprint, in Jira, you can either:
- Click on Admin.
- Choose Add Field.
- Under name type Sprint.
- Click Edit Field.
- Select the Sprint.
- Click on Backlog.
- Select the Jira ticket from Issues.
- Move the ticket to a Sprint.
- Click Confirm.
Next, set the ticket status in Jira, go into NetSuite and hit the Respider Now button
To set the ticket status in Jira:
- Click on In Progress.
Under the Change Request it should now say In Progress.
- Click on the Link Go to Record.
- Select the Respider Now button.
After the respider is finished, the status will be set to Approved.
