Attach New or Existing Change Record(s)

Once changes have been investigated, change records can be retroactively attached to a non-compliant change. A non-compliant change means something got changed without the required approvals. To get the necessary approvals for the change to be compliant, you can go back and attach a new or existing change request.

To attach a new or existing change request:

  1. Create a New Change Request or open an existing Change Request.
  2. Get the necessary Approvals.
  3. Set Status to Complete.
  4. Attach the Change Request to the Change.
