After logging in I see a "System Maintenance Period Error"

If you see a “System Maintenance Period” error, this is likely due to your primary website in NetSuite being in maintenance mode which blocks the display of all HTML content. If your website is down for maintenance, you can resume using Flashlight once your maintenance is complete and your website is online again.

In most cases, if you are not using NetSuite websites there is no impact on your system so you can do the following:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Select Site Builder.
  3. Click on Set Up Website.
  4. Select Primary for edit.
  5. Uncheck Take Website Offline for Maintenance.
